Returns

As all of our products are live florals, all sales are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued.

If you received an arrangement damaged in transit, please send pictures to info@thebillionblossoms.com 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

In the event you see any damages with your arrangement, you must contact us within the first 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging, packed in the same way as you received it.

To complete your return, please wait for confirmation and return label from customer service.
